Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect: When you start a case, we collect your name, email address, Pakistan phone number, selected service, and case description, along with any supporting PDF/image documents you upload on your private tracking page or share with your assigned advisor.

2. Portal Execution & Verification: Our public initial intake form does not ask for portal passwords or PINs. Once your case is opened, any portal coordination, authorized representation, or direct advisor execution is handled privately between you and your assigned advisor while keeping your own email address and CNIC-registered mobile number on your tax profile.

3. Document Storage & Access: Uploaded case files are stored in a private storage bucket with Row-Level Security enabled. Files are accessed strictly via short-lived 5-minute signed URLs.

4. Optional AI Assistant Masking: When the optional intake routing helper is enabled, email addresses, phone numbers, 13-digit CNIC numbers, and personal names are masked before any text is processed.
