Senior-Citizen Video-Based Recovery (Females 55+ / Males 60+)
Available for female taxpayers aged 55 and above and male taxpayers aged 60 and above whose fingerprints repeatedly fail at NADRA e-Sahulat kiosks due to age-related ridge fading.
- We verify your age on your valid CNIC (55+ for females, 60+ for males) and check the NADRA biometric failure slip if already attempted.
- We prepare the structured RTO representation and video-verification package showing the taxpayer holding their original CNIC and stating consent to update their own email and mobile number.
- Once the Regional Tax Office updates the contact record, the password reset link and OTP go directly to the senior citizen’s own mobile/email — never to a third party.
We never offer "direct password" or "without password" extraction. Every recovery puts the new credentials directly in the hands of the taxpayer.
